Compass Counseling & Consulting is a safe place for you to grow, heal, and work toward living the life you want.
Life inevitably brings about changes and circumstances that can cause you to feel nervous, angry, sad, or overwhelmed. Painful emotions tell us that something isn’t right; something’s out of balance. The therapeutic relationship provides a safe space for you to begin the process of healing. By expressing your pain in an accepting atmosphere, and engaging in self-exploration, you are likely to uncover past wounds that are still impacting your life today. Counseling aims to help you discover new ways of handling life’s challenges, expressing your feelings in a healthy way, improving relationships, and increasing your overall quality of life.
Holly Morseman, M.A., LPC Intern, director of Compass Counseling & Consulting is a compassionate counselor and consultant who believes that healthy living requires your mind, body, spirit, and emotions to be in harmony with each other.
